Due to the ongoing emergency circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided that our Operating Metrology Course, scheduled on 18 February 2022, will be held online, rather than in presence.
Find below an overview of the course objectives:
- Understanding the main error sources in dimensional measurements and knowing the most common methods to minimise them
- Knowing how to evaluate thermal effects and minimise them based on the measured material and the measurement processes.
- Being able to take all precautions and measures that are necessary to execute correct measurements in a mechanical workshop
- Knowing how to identify the most adequate measurement method and equipment when measuring internal and external diameters.
